Refund Policy for Emily Hare’s Membership
Due to the nature of the Service (service on subscription), Emily does not offer refunds, except in special circumstances. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account.
When you purchase a product from Emily, whether a painting, a membership, workshop or any other product, I might require more details than just your name and email. These details I will keep safe on my own secured computer for a reasonable amount of time. I only use your details to deliver the product or service you requested and for no other purposes. As far as it is within my power I will never share your data with anyone or any other company.
Payment transactions take place outside of this website, on the secure server of the payment processor. I do not store credit card details on my server.
Emily holds the copyright to all material on this website, unless stated otherwise. You may not share any content posted in here with anyone else without permission.
You have the opportunity to opt in or out of my email communications. If at any stage you wish no longer to receive any emails from me you can change your preferences via the links at the bottom of the email footer or contact me and ask to be removed.
I may use external web services on membership.emilyhare.co.uk to display content within my web pages, for example YouTube or Vimeo for videos. I cannot prevent these external domains from collecting information on your usage of embedded content.
I do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.
